At Fenntastic Outdoors Adventures, we understand that plans can change. Because charter dates are limited and often reserved well in advance, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Guest Cancellations

14 or More Days Before Your Scheduled Trip: You will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid.

13-3 Days Before Your Scheduled Trip: Your deposit is non-refundable, but any remaining balance paid will be refunded.

Within 48 Hours of Your Scheduled Trip, No Shows: You are responsible for the full cost of the charter, and no refund will be issued.

Weather Policy

Your safety is our highest priority. The Captain reserves the sole right to cancel, delay, or reschedule a trip due to unsafe weather or water conditions.

If the Captain cancels your trip due to weather, you will have the following options:

1) Reschedule your trip for a mutually agreed-upon future date.

2) Receive a full refund if a suitable rescheduled date cannot be arranged.

3) Accept a future trip credit to be used on a later charter.

Light rain, cloudy conditions, or changing weather do not automatically result in cancellation. The Captain will make all weather-related decisions based on safety and the likelihood of providing a quality fishing experience.

By booking a charter with Fenntastic Outdoors Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
